Unused and undamaged MDPLUSBIO products can be returned within 15 days (day one (1), is the day after the date of shipping from MDPLUSBIO to your location) for a full refund, if no material was used. After 15 days (day one (1), being one day after the Nature’s Loving Care (+) Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash was shipped to your location) unused and undamaged MDPLUSBIO products being returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (the restocking fee is the sales price plus taxes). Shipping cost paid by the purchaser are not included in the 20% restocking fee.There will be no refunds past 16 days of the date of shipping to customer/purchaser (day one is the day after the date of shipping to customer/purchaser) and no refund on products damaged in shipping. There is no refund on return shipping/freight charges In the case of a refund, a check will be issued to the name of the person/or business the purchase was charged to.
The cost of any used/missing MDPLUSBIO will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. Example: If half the bottle is used and returned expect half of the purchase price and half of the taxes paid to be returned to you.
